F6041A05 Pump Frame Plate Liner Insert for 8/6E Pump is a curved funnel increasing in area to the discharge port.It is often used with impeller pumps.As the area of the cross-section increases,the volute reduces the speed of the liquid and increases the pressure of the liquid.The main purposes of a volute casting is to help balance the hydraulic pressure on the shaft of the pump.
Frame Plate Liner Insert is one of wet parts of slurry pumps,it is also called back liner since its position in Slurry Pump.It forms a pump chamber with throat bush and volute liner where the slurry will flow through them.
The Materials of the Frame Plate Liner Insert are NA05,NA49,NA33,NA61,Natural Rubber,Polyurethane,Ceramic etc according to different working conditions.
