1. Slurry pump is an important equipment for pipeline transportation of liquid medium containing suspended particles in mining, metallurgy, chemical and other industries, and the wet end  parts of impeller, liners (including front and back liners) are its important components, which are easy to be weared.At present, the main domestic manufacturers mainly use the alloy wear-resistant metal parts, because of the transmission medium wear and corrosion, the alloy cast iron parts wear fast, high energy consumption, maintenance and short life and so on.In order to improve the service life of the products, our company started in the use of organic polymer material (rubber) as slurry pump lining to prepare wear - resistant rubber flow parts.(1) innovative formula design: by using the discontinuous friction theory, the wear process of the wet end parts was quantitatively analyzed, and the wear factor of the wet end  parts was determined. Through the orthogonal optimization method, rubber with low modulus, large elongation, high elasticity and low friction coefficient was used as the substrate of the overflow parts of the slurry pump to improve its wear resistance.(2). Molding process innovation: based on the traditional pressing molding process, transfer molding technology is adopted to form the secondary flow of rubber material under plate pressure through the active feeding chamber, which is conducive to uniform heating and curing, smooth punching, shorten curing time, and improve dimensional stability;(3) mold structure innovation: the flow behavior and temperature field distribution of rubber punching die are simulated by computer, and the shape cavity is assembled by flap assembly structure to reduce the manufacturing difficulty, facilitate the exhaust in the molding process, and improve the yield.
