Naipu® 6/4E Metal Liner Slurry Pump with 37kw Motor can fully interchange with world famous brand.These pumps are of heavy-duty construction, designed for continuous pumping of highly abrasive and corrosive slurries with minimal maintenance requirements.The horizontal centrifugal pumps will maintain high efficiencies over the wear life of its components They feature a wide choice of replaceable abrasion resistant metal or moulded elastomer casting liners and Impellers, which are all interchangeable within a common casting assembly.The rubber and metal lined pumps feature casings which are radially split into two halves. Minimum casing bolts reduce maintenance and minimise downtime.The pump can be installed in multi-stage high pressure operation.Large internal passage designed to reduce internal velocities to maximize wear life.

1.2. Pump model - 6/4E TYPE (R) or analog.
1.3 Supply Range: Pump , Motor , Base plate , Guard , Pulley , Belt
1.4. Location of the pump and motor - CL, CV, CR, ZVz, DCz
1.5. The pump must be double -case, i.e. the snail must have a lining.
1.6. The flow part (snail, front armored disk, rear armored disk and impeller) must be made of chrome-plated cast iron, with a chromium content of min 27%.
1.7. Suction and discharge of the pump must exactly match the existing pipelines of discharge and suction.
