promoted. This single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal Centrifugal Pump produced by our company has the characteristics
of light weight, good abrasion resistance, excellent dredging performance, good overall structure for ship use, and high
comprehensive economic benefits. It can fully meet the needs of dredgers. Requirements for mud pumps.
WN type mud pump system is mainly composed of pump head, mud pump special reduction gear box, high elastic coupling,
marine transmission monitoring system. In the flow parts, the impeller, front shield and rear shield are made of strong anti-wear
alloy cast iron with a hardness of not less than 58HRC. The pump body is made of wear-resistant alloy steel that has both excellent
anti-wear and pressure resistance.
We can use different materials to meet the requirements of use according to different media conditions.
Wet parts of this kind of dredging pump-impeller, liner and front & back liner plate are adapted anti-wear cast iron alloy whose
hardness is more than 58HRC, who has both strong anti-attack feature and higher resistance wear and resistance abrasion features.
The good NPSH performance of WSG type pump ensures the strong suction ability as well as deeper dredging depth and denser dredging concentration.
